Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic and hands-on legal support across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on corporate, employment, and clinical trial contracting matters. You will work closely with our global teams and local stakeholders to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient contract execution. You will report directly to a dynamic and collaborative Global Legal Manager and become a valued team member contributing to our growth and global mission.Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and due diligence on regulatory and business environments in new and existing marketsDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including:Employment contracts (individual and mass hiring)B2B/freelance services agreementsClinical trial site agreements (with hospitals, clinics, research institutions)Services agreements with pharmaceutical sponsorsMonitor local and global legislative changes relevant to clinical research and business operationsProvide legal risk assessments and guidance to internal stakeholdersEnsure all legal documents meet internal quality and formatting standards (Word/PDF)Work in alignment with global legal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
