The Finance intern will help Finance team across Mexico. Track supplier invoices and analysis for release in internal controls. Assistance in the accounts payable process – including payments, follow-up, printing receipts and sending documentation to accounting. Assistance in the billing process and issuing invoices. Follow-up of the accounts receivable process to identify delays and proceed with the collection process. Supplier Registration. To carry out all financial administration processes, monitoring deadlines and organizing documents.
