Production Supervisor

Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PMWork closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issuesTrain, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System & Manufacturing/Perform Interviews, hire and train employees plan, assign and manage workload to monitor their development plans (TAP),reward and discipline employees, manage conflictsPlan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency)Onboarding , tracking requirements for new employeesDeploy and sustain IPS Initiatives (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI Program/RCAMotivate, provide expectations and feedback quaterly and on stan upsAdress line support issues/ Document, Report, and escalate any problems or concernsLearn and enforce company safety policies and practices, QA Audits, Safety Projets, 8DRevise Manufacturing Process Instructions to ensure that MPI are accurate, or propose improvementsAnnual Performance Reviews / One on OneReview and disposition discrepant material, improve material usage and implement corrective actionsDrive our culture strategy by fostering our mision, principles, leadership expectations, create ex survey action plan.Work closely with corporate engineering on production line transfers or improvements as requiredSupport corporate Quality improvement CAPA implementations and lead QA improvementsAssist engineering FMEnsure completion of ISU Training  for self and employeesSupport process validation
