Project Manager

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the construction industry based in a location in New Mexico. This role involves managing construction projects, coordinating project plans, and handling project risks, while maintaining an organized approach and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from beginning to end Coordinate project plans and ensure all aspects are in alignment Identify, assess, and manage potential project risks Utilize Project and Office tools for effective project management Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure project success Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any arising inquiries Keep an organized record of project details and updates Guide the team towards achieving project goals Maintain project management certification and stay updated with industry trends.
