As a Manufactured Housing Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to learn our inventory and provide our customers with the perfect home.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and engage with customers to understand their home needs and preferences.
-Provide detailed information about our mobile homes, including features, pricing, and financing options.
-Conduct tours of the homes available on our lot.
-Follow up with potential buyers to answer questions and provide additional information.
-Maintain a deep knowledge of the mobile home market and our inventory.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
-Handle paperwork and administrative tasks related to the sales process.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using technology and sales management software.
