What you'll do:

Partner with BCBAs to design and implement personalized ABA therapy programs.

Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD.

Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.

Track progress and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness.

Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Required qualifications:

Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED) and an interest in psychology / behavioral health / child development / mental health

College enrollment or degree preferred

Graduate students in ABA may apply as Behavior Technicians and receive clinical training and supervision hours as required by the BACB

Health & Safety Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
