We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Professional who can grow with our team. Whether you're an experienced cook looking to advance your career or a seasoned kitchen manager ready for a new challenge, this position offers flexibility based on your experience level.

In this role, you'll contribute to our culinary operations while having the opportunity to develop leadership skills. For candidates with management experience, you'll have the chance to take on greater responsibility for kitchen operations, team development, and menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail

Maintain food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness

Assist with inventory management and food ordering

Support efficient kitchen workflow during service periods

Help train and mentor kitchen team members

Contribute ideas for specials and menu development

Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff

For candidates with management experience or potential:

Lead kitchen operations during service periods

Develop and train kitchen staff

Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs

Create and cost new menu items and specials

Optimize kitchen processes for efficiency and quality

Maintain documentation and compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Food safety knowledge and certification

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred for management track:

Previous kitchen leadership experience

NM Food Manager license

Experience with inventory management and food costing

Menu development skills

Proven ability to lead and train a team
