Linux Systems Administrator

RESPEC’s Data and Technology Services business unit (DTS BU) seeks a mid-level Systems Administrator to work with our Department of Energy (DOE) client. Hiring locations include: Albuquerque (Area), NM, Roswell, NM, Las Cruces, NM, Carlsbad, NM, Alamogordo, NM, Clovis, NM & El Paso, TX.Maintains and administers an archive/backup/and disaster recovery solution/system on Windows, Linux, and Solaris using Bacula.Administers Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Solaris Servers including support of web servers, file servers, execution servers, database servers, document management server and software.Proficiency in accomplishing tasks via command line in Linux.Assists in managing Dell Linux clusters.Assists in maintaining and administering network connectivity between geographically separated client offices.Programs and manages network switches, routers and firewalls.Maintains and provides monthly as well as special requested documentation pertinent to the set up and maintenance of computer systems and their software.
