Non - Exempt Up to $20.13 Job Summary: Responsible for working with families in the Early Head Start Program in a collaborative, partnership-building manner that supports the building of mutual trust, in order to develop family goals & objectives for the program; includes accessing a variety of community services and resources such as services available to pregnant women, child development & education, parent involvement issues, health and nutrition, and related areas of concern for families.Core Competencies:

Job Requirements:
Have a minimum of a home-based CDA credential or comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
