We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fixed Term Customer Care Specialists over the busy peak season.This role is all about providing excellent customer service to shoppers across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery online stores. What makes it unique is that you’ll support customers through live online chat, as well as phone and email channels.As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll:Manage customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.Build rapport by actively listening and adapting your communication style.Switch between chat, phone, and email support as neededManage cases efficiently and follow up within agreed timeframesStay up to date with processes, procedures, and products so customers receive accurate information.Work ScheduleThis is a fixed term role from 20th October 2025 to 1st February 2026 for the peak trading period. You’ll need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 7pm, including some weekend shifts.
