The Cannabis Sales Representative is a strategic sales professional with a solid track record of growth. As a Cannabis Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cannabis products, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing product information, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customer accounts.

Assist in implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with retailers and understanding their needs.

Product Knowledge and Communication:

Educate clients on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and benefits.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about product offerings.

Communicate effectively with potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Market Research and Trends:

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Identify growth opportunities and implement sales strategies.

Compliance and Ethics:

Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to cannabis sales.

Uphold ethical standards in sales practices and represent the company with integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain successful business relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.

Familiarity with local and state regulations governing cannabis sales.

Willingness to travel throughout the entire state of New Mexico to promote and sell cannabis products.

Compensation:

Competitive salary plus commission and is based on experience.
