What You’ll Be Doing
Tagging along with the chef’s prep list—chop, peel, measure, you name it
Washing, chopping, portioning veggies, meats, sauces, etc.
Labeling & organizing everything so line cooks don’t go hunting mid-shift
Helping with basic cooking—parboiling, reducing sauces, tossing together simple salads or sides
Keeping your station clean: dishes, surfaces, trash—shine it up
Chiming in when inventory's low—letting the chef or manager know what we’re running out of
What We’re Looking For
Some kitchen experience (even just home cooking counts) with knife skills and pace
A good sense of organization—labeling, stacking, prepping in the right order
Cool under a little pressure—keeps the combo going when orders roll in
Team-player vibes: helping out whoever needs it
Willing to work mornings, weekends, maybe holidays
