At Fisheads San Juan River Lodge, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a dedication to providing excellent meals to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to our menu specifications
Ensure that the kitchen area remains clean and organized
Monitor inventory levels for our weekly food supply orders
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely and exceptional service to our guests
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Work well with others
Work Hours
We run two shifts each day. Our morning shift is from 6am to 10am and our afternoon shift is from 2pm to 8pm.
