Description Farmington Valley client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a 6 month project. The Senior HRBP will be responsible for working with local leadership of this national company and advise on multi-state organization structure, assist with compensation grades and participate in strategic initiatives/discussions. There will be both tactical day-to-day responsibilities as well as ongoing corporate projects to focus on.
