To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma along with 5+ years of relevant experience.Engineering Technician Job Responsibilities:
Create, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC programs for turning, milling, and grinding operations.
Utilize Unigraphics to generate CNC programs, as well as solid models and assemblies of parts as required.
Interpret customer drawings and operation sheets to determine machining requirements.
Define cutting tool requirements and machining parameters.
Ensure proper control of all program releases and perform all program modifications per company procedures.
Engineering Technician Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma
5+ years of experience
Strong comfort level running CNC milling machines
Understanding of standard machining practices and GD&T and Quality Control procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong written and oral/verbal skills
Strong problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse population
