Internship - Software Test Automation

The Software Test Intern will participate in the design, development, integration and testing of software systems for security products. Individual will work with product and development teams to identify test cases to meet project requirements. The Intern will work in a cross-functional team environment comprised of software engineers, software test engineering, and product managers and will be responsible for assigned software tasks from design through development, integration, and testing.Principal Responsibilities:Participate in the development of either test automation, or supporting infrastructure, for a new product, a cloud-native security panel ecosystem.Verification of automated test of software and embedded firmware platforms.Evaluate results of repeatability and reliability studies.Troubleshoot product and test equipment, propose and implement fixes.Engage a data driven approach to product performance, trending reports, and analysis of test results.Learning Objectives:The Software Engineering Intern will partner closely with a staff mentor to build skills in software engineering, test automation, and test infrastructure. You will gain experience with software testing for new product development and working with seasoned software engineers in a professional environment.
