If you have at least one year of experience of customer service and/or handling in-bound phone calls in a fast-paced environment, we would like to speak with you!
Applicants with any sort of automotive background will be given priority
DUTIES:
Handle inbound calls from service customers and set and confirm service appointments.
Rout inquiries/messages for department members promptly.
Complete service satisfaction follow-up calls.
Call to reschedule missed appointments.
Arrange Courtesy Shuttle pick-ups.
Call customers when parts arrive.
Data entry and outbound email and texts to customers using software program.
Assist with any other duties as assigned by service advisors and management.
Job Requirements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum one year of customer service highly preferred
Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand, and execute written and verbal instructions
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) ability to send and reply back to customer emails.
Strong customer service skills
Strong team work skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Excellent phone etiquette
Able to work with minimum supervision
