Here's what you'll be doing:As Speech and Language Pathologist, you will assess and provide speech and language therapy for students at assigned KIPP NJ school sitesYou will focus on developing students' oral communication skills to support their ability to access their educational programProvide direct treatment to students with speech-language impairmentsDevelop and implement educationally-based IEP communication goals using a variety of service delivery models to support the classroom curriculumCreate donor and prospect profile documents in support of teammatesConduct speech and language screeningsFollow and implement treatment plansCommunicate with families of students on assigned caseload regarding progress toward IEP goalsTeammate and CollaboratorCollaborate with teachers to ensure that students meet the goals outlined in their IEPsProvide individualized classroom strategies to facilitate specific communication skillsParticipate as a member of the child study team Organizational and Achievement GuruDocument student progress towards meeting established goals and objectivesParticipate in IEP meetings of students on assigned caseloadConduct formal assessmentsA record of exceptional student achievement and results at a high-performing charter network/charter management organization
