Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader

Reporting to the Reliability Maintenance Manager, you will lead, coach, and support a team of six maintenance fitters.  You will play a crucial role in overseeing this team, and have a proactive approach with the ability to be hands-on with the tools. Your drive and commitment will ensure the team thrive personally and professionally within the organisation. A key focus will be on meeting Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining effective cost management.
