Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Guest Services Agent wishing to expand their knowledge in a 5-star hotel environment.As a Guest Services Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:Welcome guests from all corners of the world to our beautiful hotel, growing relationships with new and regular guests.Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures.Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other Pullman Auckland departments, including Housekeeping and Reservations.
