We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to contribute to the quality of the campus experience by facilitating an excellent customer experience and supporting daily operations in our new state-of-the-art Recreation Centre, Hiwa.You’ll serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to Hiwa, providing exceptional friendly and professional service to our members. We have a busy reception desk, so you’ll need to be able to juggle and prioritise member requests with ease. You’ll be comfortable with managing multiple demands from supporting a member with how to use our web portal, troubleshooting our high-tech lockers through to selling a membership.You’ll need to be calm under pressure, providing leadership to our casual staff who also work on the reception desk. You’ll be tech savvy, have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with people.This is a service-focused role where you’ll champion our members’ needs—providing support, voicing their feedback, and helping shape improvements to their experience.Key responsibilities of the role include:Maintaining process documentationSupporting casual staff on receptionResponding to customer enquiries through multiple channels (in person, phone, email)Supporting large scale events coming through receptionEnsuring members have a fantastic experienceGeneral administrative supportWe are ideally looking to fill a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.Hours of work:Sunday – Thursday (morning shifts)Sunday Shift – 10 am – 6 pmMonday to Thursday Shift 5.30 am to 1.30 pm
