Job Description
This is a role where you will manage our busy bike department including;
- manageorders and stock levels
- achieve sales and profit targets
- Support the store manager in the interview process, on boarding and training of new bike team members
- managethe repair and warranties bike service
- follow up on customer satisfaction
- Ensurethe bike team consistently delivers excellent customer journeys
- maintain a high level of product knowledge and up skilling team members
Qualifications
Ideally you will have:
- a proven track record of leadership ability and skills
- high levels of initiative, display good team work, be flexible and adaptable
- emotional maturity at all times
- excellent communication and the ability to build trust, confidence and mutual respect
- the ability to thinkin a focused, analytical and detailed manner with high levels of accuracy
- technical skills of bike mechanics, building and a wide bike industry experience and knowledge
