We are a small, licensed local residential remodeling and handyman company that specializes in providing high-quality, creative remodels and additions in the Albuquerque region. We are looking for a temporary (6-12 months) Remodeling Team Leader.
This is a 1099 subcontract position.
This position is a hands-on role and not a clipboard position. The team leader will lead at least one other employees during home remodels and custom building projects from start to finish. The leader will need to be skilled in demolition, framing, sheetrock, tile, painting and other work related to the remodel. It is important that the leader is not only skilled in the remodeling/building process but also has a positive, can-do attitude when interfacing with clients, coworkers, and the owners and can meet project deadlines.
You must have:
· Skilled experience with the remodeling construction process
· Reliable and insured transportation and a valid driver’s license
· The ability to work well with others and independently
· Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Reliability and a strong interest in doing high-quality work
· Ability to direct the remodeling process to at least one labor employee and take direction well from owner
· A professional, clean and polite disposition
