We are looking to hire a dedicated, hard-working Plumber Apprentice with previous exposure in plumbing. They should have a basic understanding of plumbing tools and equipment as well as a basic understanding of plumbing service, repair and installation.
Ideal candidates should be in good physical condition and work well with others, as well as have patience, a strong desire to learn, good communication and listening abilities, a strong focus on details, and organizational and troubleshooting skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems under the guidance of a licensed plumber
Install Drainage, pipes, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and filtration
Handle and maintain tools such as hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
Gain practical experience in field service, building, and maintaining plumbing systems
Develop mechanical knowledge related to plumbing fixtures and systems
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Previous exposure to plumbing, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward and tight spaces and in inclement weather
(heat, cold, etc.)
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment is a plus
Basic understanding of plumbing service, repair, and installation
Preferred but not required to be enrolled in a local trade school program
