Experience Requirements
General finish carpentry skills required
Cabinet Installation/ Cabinet Refacing experience
Must be proficient at measuring, cutting and installing accurately
Must take pride in workmanship, warranty work and no shortcuts
An absolute perfectionist and high level of attention to detail is a must
Must provide your own tools
Good communication skills are essential
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check

Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, and grooming at all times.
Must be able to consistently establish and maintain strong customer relationships and work through difficult situations with diplomacy.
Responsibilities
Have proper tools and equipment as needed to complete the job
Have a proper vehicle to travel to and from our customers' homes
A professional appearance, dress, grooming
Working in an efficient and neat orderly manner while in customers' homes
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships
Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year- Depending on the jobs completed and experience. Each job pays according to the scope of work and varies.
Work Location: Multiple Locations- All of New Mexico, Durango, CO and El Paso, Tx

Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturday
