Position Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Journeyman Installer/Service Technician to join our residential and light commercial team. You’ll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and diagnostics — ensuring every system runs at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems (ductwork, condensers, furnaces, mini-splits, refrigerant lines, tankless boilers, tankless water heaters, and solar hydronics)
Service and repair a variety of HVAC systems
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues
Ensure all work is performed to code and manufacturer specs
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
Document work in our service management platform (Service Fusion)
Work independently and as part of a team to meet job deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
