Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience with our company. Your ability to engage with customers, handle transactions efficiently, and promote and build our products will be essential to your success in this position.
Duties
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries.
Operate software and create invoices, handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
Provide product demonstrations to customers, build hoses, showcase features and benefits to drive sales.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the front end is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Experience
Previous experience in mechanic industry and customer service is preferred but not required.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered by the store.
