First Step Staff is looking for warehouse associates to load and unload deliver trucks.
Shift : 5PM until finish
Monday- Thursday
Pay rate: $16.00-$18.00 ( Depending on experience)
Must be able to pass a drug test, and background check (no felonies) (NO DUI)

This job is hard work, and there is no “early out” option. The team works together until the job is done, and everyone leaves together at the end of the shift – It’s a “mission-first” mentality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Safely and properly unload trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put-away.
· Pull orders from warehouse location and utilize conveyor system for sorting & staging
· Hand-load semi-trucks & smaller box trucks according to delivery requirements
· May be required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.
· Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.
· Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
· Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift. Will frequently interact with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew.
