HIRING SKILLED CONSTRUCTION CREW LEADS!

We are seeking a skilled construction lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction work; remodeling experience is preferred. This job is for those who possess the integrity, motivation, and good humor to work in a start-up environment; the hard skills to produce high-quality work under deadlines; the soft skills to work adjacent expectant homeowners in a residential remodeling scenario; and the professionalism to work in the commercial environment. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour D.O.E.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, M-F

JOB DUTIES

Plan projects and follow a schedule while expecting, and adapting to, unforeseen challenges.

Monitor and assess the quality of work produced and adjust to attain the best results.

Maintain a strong line of communication between the field crew and the office crew.

Respect confidentiality adhering to privacy laws and using discretion with privileged company information.

LEADERSHIP DUTIES

Schedule and lead your crew to complete jobs on time and within budget.

Motivate and inspire employees through positive reinforcement and timely feedback on expected safety, quality, and productivity-related goals.

Build a collaborative environment where teamwork can thrive.

Provide the crew with opportunities to learn and grow by demonstrating new techniques in a friendly manner.

Ensure all electronic timesheets are submitted daily and accurately coded to the correct project.

Ensure crew members follow RGBS's daily company policies and procedures.

Lead by example.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Follow all safety requirements written in the company Health & Safety Handbook and as specified in any training.

Attend and participate in all Safety Meetings.

Ensure that every job site operates at maximum safety compliance by conducting daily and weekly observational assessments and reporting any new safety concerns to management.

Ensure that your crew observes all safety measures, wears any assigned Personal Protective Equipment, and maintains a clean and orderly work area.

Report any accidents or injuries immediately.
