As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced bilingual commercial Concrete Foreman to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete placement operations on multiple projects. This role requires a strong background in concrete work, project management, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor multiple teams of concrete workers, ensuring they follow industry best practices and safety regulations.

Oversee and manage on-site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient use of resources.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Troubleshoot issues that arise during the placement process and implement corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete placement or a similar role in construction management.

Bilingual English/Spanish (required).

Proven experience managing small to medium-scale commercial concrete projects, with a strong understanding of technical aspects, methods, and best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with general contractors.

In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
