Hiring Lead Carpenters
Daily Responsibilities
- Make sure your work area is clean
- Complete tasks that are given to you such as
-Tape, bed, texture
- Install fixtures in bathroom (faucet, sink, shower valve, ect)
- Install cabinets (optional)
- Install tile flooring
- Install wood/laminate flooring
- Install tile on a backsplash
- Install baseboards
- Paint
( These are some examples of what you will be doing scope of work changes every day)
What is expected of you!
- Experience in residential remodeling
- Have a good attitude
- Come to work prepared
- Have tools
- Have a vehicle (We might send you to multiple jobs in one day. This is why its required for you to have a vehicle)
- Work well with other workers
- Be on time to work
