SERVICE WRITER/OFFICE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
Job Overview:
We are looking for a FULL-TIME experienced service writer/office manager who is ready to be take on the day! The person we are looking for must have a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :: Major Duties and Responsibilities
Service Department Operations
Assist Service department in maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Note problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order.
Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customers.
Assign jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization.
Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
Perform cashier functions.
Make estimates for internal repairs.
Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders.
Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including tagging and proper storage of these items.
Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for service and parts management.
Customer Service
Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
Promptly notify customers of any changes, delays, or additional work needed.
Sell additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed.
Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to Make Things Right.
Give special attention to repeat repairs to ensure the situation is corrected.
Avoid making commitments which cannot (or likely will not) be met. Set customers' expectations to a level where they will likely be met.
MECHANIC QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a couple of FULL-TIME experienced mechanics who are ready to be take on the day! The mechanics we are looking for must seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mechanics use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers.
Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Work closely with the front desk and effectively communicate customer concerns.
Work together with other staff to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
10+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long-term career development
Must be able to meet or exceed fast paced workdays w/ no down times
NO COME BACKS – take pride in your work
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
Drive manual transmissions vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer
