About the Role

A large, well-established local real estate brokerage is seeking an Agent Support & Training Coordinator to help agents succeed through technology, education, and personalized support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, problem-solving, and empowering others to make the most of the tools and resources that drive their business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and group training to agents at all experience levels.

Teach and support agents on a suite of local and national tools used in real estate operations and marketing.

Maintain a current understanding of all company platforms, researching updates and evaluating potential new integrations.

Create and maintain documentation of weekly activities and training sessions.

Collaborate with office leadership to ensure technology and training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Participate regularly in office sales meetings and team events.

Qualifications/Preferences

Understanding of how a residential real estate brokerage operates.

Working knowledge of the Albuquerque-area real estate market.

Proficiency with:

o MLS platforms and transaction management systems

o Marketing and analytics tools

o Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

o Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o Multiple Operating Systems (Windows, MAC IOS, Android)

Interest or experience in SEO and emerging AI technologies (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or Pilot).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach, train, and motivate.

Personable, attentive listener who practices the Platinum Rule—treating others as they wish to be treated.

Self-motivated with strong initiative and an eagerness to learn new systems.
