Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. Experience in sales, experience in cannabis industry, experience in cannabis sales mandatory, or similar field possibly. Responsible for driving sales growth with effective account management, business development, and direct sales strategies. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cannabis industry, with attention to cannabis sales experience and the proven ability to sell and an extensive client list already in communication with. Looking to start with someone who is well affiliated and familiar with the Albuquerque area and eventually branching out to all of New Mexico.

Details:

8% sales commission to start. After 30days and proven ability to sell then, 8.5% sales commission. Your pay is instant 8% as soon as your sale is complete. Paid as you sale bases. Bonuses, and increase in sales commission percent after 60 days. After 60 days per diem and gas allowances, contractor discount at our dispensary and free sample products to try.

Duties:

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.

Manage and nurture existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Provide technical sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills:

Proven experience in sales.

Strong account management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective product demos.

Track and manage all correspondence between potential and current clients.

Ability to develop strategic business relationships that drive growth.

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

Knowledge of technical sales processes and methodologies is a plus.

Must: Reliable transportation, drivers license, resume attached in email, 2 references, sales experience, in cannabis industry or similar, professional appearance, friendly appearance and well spoken. Bilingual a plus
