Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams
Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle. Great communication and listening skills are key!
Explain features and demonstrate performance on test drives
Present vehicle pricing and incentives
Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction and obtain referrals
Prospect for new customers
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:
At least 2 years’ Automotive sales experience is required.
Goal-driven, self-motivated to succeed, a strong work ethic, a person of integrity, technology-minded, and process driven
Committed to learn and work as a sales team participant
A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Professional appearance
Able to self-manage your day-to-day sales plan activities
Documented current / past sales volumes
Demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) history
