We are currently looking for individuals that can function well when working independently, as a member of a team, or performing special assignments. Many Strider officers are current or former Military and Law Enforcement professionals. Officers should present a confident, clean cut, fit, and professional appearance. Officers' job requirements may include high end customer service and problem solving, report writing, site access control, physical security, monitoring, and fixed or mobile patrols, and other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Officers may have to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for 8 or more hours. Posts may be indoors or outdoors during all seasons of the year. Shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strider Officers are placed according to training, and skill level. Strider employs officers in both Armed and Unarmed positions.
Qualified applicants must have a valid driver's licence, reliable transportation, clean criminal background check, a smart phone, a home computer & printer, be a United States citizen, be literate in English (bi-lingual is always a plus), and either possess or be able to obtain the necessary State Licensure.
