We are a Texas based Security Company looking to obtain a security company license in the state of New Mexico. In order to submit and obtain a company license we must have an in state registered Resident Agent/Manager. We will be bidding several contracts in NM and if we were to win a contract we would need a Resident Agent/Manager. For right now, we only need a Resident Agent/Manger for obtaining the license only.
