We are looking for one key individual. You must be able to check ID's in a fast and accurate manner, while being able to provide a positive experience to the guest. With the assistance of a scanner, you would be the first face that our guests see.
Responsibilities:
-Provide a safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons/guests
-Work with patron/guests to facilitate their visit to Spectators
-Promote Spectators’ image by acting in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
-Ensure the restaurant/bar’s safety by reporting hazards and keeping the establishment and patrons/guest’s safe
-Remain alert to unusual circumstances and individuals who may appear intoxicated upon arrival to Spectators.
-Remain alert to accidents and injuries, and report them to management
-Assist management in supervising and monitoring activities in Spectators parking lot and reporting to manager on duty.
-Establish and maintain a positive, professional image
Bouncer Responsibilities:
-Check IDs, and instruct guests on the rules and etiquette of your event
-Assist manager on duty when called upon
-Requirements And Skills:
-Must be 21 yrs old ((male or female) with valid ID
-Previous experience Not required but appreciated
-Strong conflict management skills
-First aid and CPR certification is a plus
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights and holidays, as required
-Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
-Strong observation and attention to detail skills
