We are looking for a professional and congenial Floor Supervisor for our Albuquerque location. You are friendly and personable with a strong customer service focus. You are comfortable directing and leading a team to ensure customers' needs are met during their entire shopping experience.
This is a Full-Time Position. Weekends required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing & processing sales transactions, cash handling, returns, payment processing, and change processing
Training and on-boarding of new cashiers and ancillary staff
Supervising and scheduling front line staff (breaks, attendance, safety, professional conduct, projects, merchandising, etc)
Acting as an Jackalope Ambassador and at times as the Manager in Charge (opening, closing, cash handling, emergencies, ordering, stocking, tagging, and rotating merchandise, etc…)
Answering main phone line and answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs
Radio teammates from other departments for assistance
Cross-selling and upselling products. Collaborating with Store Managers to maximize sales, minimize costs and improve operating efficiencies.
Working with the Managers and entire Jackalope team to meet store sales goals
Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns
Maintaining clean and tidy checkout and merchandise areas
Staying up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements and product information
All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts and records
Service-oriented, friendly, confident and willing to help patrons
Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts
Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task or delegate during slow periods
Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
Must be able to stand for most of the work day
Must be able to repeatedly lift 20-30 lbs all day and push 40-70 lbs all day
