Tierra West LLC is looking for a full time, strong, leader for our maintenance team!
As maintenance supervisor you will be required to see what the community needs, direct your maintenance team to maintain the community and to oversee completion of assigned directives on time.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Previous maintenance supervisor experience is a must.
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Must be able to stand, walk or kneel for extended periods of time.
Must have your own tools.
Must have previous experience with basic carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical and basic hvac.
Communicates well and must be respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring resident's compliance with community rules while working around community.
Pool certification preferred or if not, you must be able to get certified.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation.
Prefer mobile home experience but not a requirement.
Competitive compensation package.
