We’re looking for someone with accounting skills, construction knowledge, and a sense of humor, and a positive attitude to be part of our office family. If you have the right attitude, we’re willing to train you.
As a Property Manager, you’ll protect, maintain, and enhance the value of commercial properties while supporting tenants, owners, and vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage property files (tenants, vendors, loans, insurance)
Process A/P, A/R, and prepare bank deposits
Generate monthly financial reports and review with owners
Prepare annual property budgets and OPEX reconciliations
Responsible for fielding incoming maintenance requests and responding to inspection report
Collect rent and enforce lease terms
Interpret and manage commercial lease agreements
Track loan maturities
Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and owners
What We’re Looking For
Required:
NM Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire - this will require you to already be enrolled in your real estate courses)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to follow safety and dress code policies
Preferred:
2+ years of commercial property management experience
Familiarity with commercial construction
CPM certification
Solid accounting knowledge and Excel proficiency
