Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients
Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
Provide guidance and advice to clients on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years working as an Associate Broker
Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and market trends
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
Military veteran or military spouse is highly preferred
