Well-established cabinet dealer is hiring a Sales Support/Admin Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Excel and Word programs. The candidate must be great at multi-tasking. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

As Sales Support, you will be responsible for:

- Typing up and sending bids to our home builders and multi-family builders using information provided by our sales team.

- You'll also be assisting the sales team with other items such as putting together measure packets for our installation supervisor for our multi-family projects.

- Do file set-ups for these same projects.

-Receive and log in purchase orders from our tract home builders as well as updating their progress on our spreadsheets.

- For our multi-family builders, using their requested online billing programs, you'd be responsible for the billing of those projects as they are completed.

- Respond to builder requests for certificates of insurance and lien wavers.

As Admin Support, you will be responsible for:

- Ordering office, warehouse and some shop supplies.

- Process maintenance requests for our copier/printers or phone system

-Update phone list and employee password lists

-Create the monthly sales floor schedule as well as employees time off schedule

-Assist the purchasing department

- Backup of answering incoming calls

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must

- Very Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Must be able to work every other Saturday. Note we are closed on holiday weekends.

Background in the cabinet and/or construction industry and use of the online sites of Procore, Builder Trend, Building Connected, Textura, and FastTrack is a plus.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30

Rotating Saturdays 10:00 - 2:30

Work Location: In person currently NE 87112 will be moving to NW 87121 in early fall
