What You’ll Do:
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Create and modify documents
Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Sign for, and distribute, received packages
Research, price and purchase office furniture and supplies
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards, copy machines, etc.
Support staff in assigned project-based work
Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Extreme time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner
Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company!
