We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role you will assist estimators with compiling and reviewing blueprints and preparing necessary paperwork to prepare estimates. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word Excel is crucial for creating documents and spreadsheets. Experience with Dropbox and Bluebeam preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is essential.
Accuracy is critical in estimating, so being detail-oriented is a must. Working effectively as part of a team is a requirement.
The ability to adjust to changing priorities and project requirements is important. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors is crucial.
