Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and order powder weekly or as needed.
Clean and ready fabricated products for Powder coating
Verify completed products match Work Orders
Verify completed products match correct Color on Work Order
Powdercoat all fabricated products
Powdercoat all parts and accessories needed for installations
Assist with Final Staging of Installations
Assist with Quality Control of products before installation
Assist Loading Products onto installation trucks
Put Powder Inventory away
Maintain safety and cleanliness of Powder and Oven station clean
Maintain maintenance of Powdercoating station and Oven
Maintain safety and cleanliness of Shop, Work Stations, and shop equipment and tools
Assist with any other projects as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Deliver and Pick-up products from Vendors as needed
Deliver and Pick-up products to Installers as needed
Assist with installation as needed
o Install all finished products, as needed
o Troubleshoot installation and repair problems
o Self-Quality Control of installed products
o Contacting customers and office when running late for installation
o Punctuality and timely arrival to scheduled installations
o Calling Shop Manager or Operations Manager when there is problem and updating on job status
o Take pictures of completed installs and problems and sending to Office by email/text
o Getting Reviews from Customers
o Collect final payment from Customers
o Secure payments and deliver to Office Manager
