Service Receptionist/Scanner
Full-time Service-Receptionist position, hiring immediately, must be able to work M-F-S
Greet customers professionally
Communicate directly with customers over the phone to provide the best possible level of service and satisfaction, make service appointments.
Listen and ask questions to direct customers to the proper department.
Provide administrative assistance to the Service Department.
Maintain a clean Receptionist area and follow all COVID-19 Safe practice guidelines.
Must have excellent phone, written and verbal skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High School degree or equivalent
Must pass drug test and background
