Labor Finders is IMMEDIATELY looking to hire for a Machine Operator for a production environment at our area client in Los Lunas.
Position: Production - Machine Operator (Injection Molding Machines)
Pay: $10.50 (Days) - $11.00 (Nights)
Location: Los Lunas
Shift Information:
12 Hour Shifts ( With a 30 Minute Paid Lunch & 2 Paid Breaks of 15 minutes)
Day Shift is 6am-6:30pm
Night Shift is 6:00pm - 6:30am
Length: Long-Term, Temp-To-Hire Opportunity
Job Overview:
Will work with Injection Molding Machines in a production environment. Will be responsible for ensuring the machine has all the materials that are needed to keep it running. Will make adjustments to the machine as necessary. You would be responsible for overseeing the quality and count of the product(s) coming off the machine and would notify leadership of any issues along the way. It is your responsibility to keep your machine and work area clean. You may perform packaging duties, as well. Overall, you would need to be able to follow directions for all aspects of the job and to perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age
Previous experience in a similar job is highly preferred.
Basic Math Skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail
