Morgan's Constructive Solutions, LLC (DBA Sandia Mountain Solar) is a licensed general, electrical and mechanical contractor that specializes in the installation of solar systems. We work throughout the state of New Mexico for residential and commercial clients.
Our construction services include but are not limited to: bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks, doors and windows, structural steel, flooring installations, civil dirt work, site layouts
Our Solar Systems services include but are not limited to: grid-tied, off-grid, battery back-up, carports, ground mounts, roof mounted (flat and pitched).
Currently we are looking for a semi-skilled general laborer who would be responsible for the following:
Working with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall
Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures
Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
Work on top of ladders, and the roof of buildings
Take responsibility to learn basic carpentry skills
Participate in staff trainings and meetings as scheduled
Follow supervisory/administrative directives and instructions
Job Requirements:
The ability to use your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
The ability to tolerate exposure to high places
The ability to work outdoors exposed to different weather situations
The ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
Have a clear MVD record and the ability to drive a company vehicle
Be reliable and responsible
The ability to have face-to-face discussions and work well with others
Be mindful for the safety and health others
PV Solar installation experience a plus, but not required.
An ideal candidate should have hand tools and reliable transportation, be willing to stay out of town overnight, and be available Mondays through Fridays.
