Looking for a supervisor to supervise the crew in my processing room you'll fill out all food safety document and logs you will also work with crew cutting up fruits and vegetable to be packaged. Must be able to lift 40lbs repeatedly. Stand for long periods of time. This person will prepare fresh fruits and vegetables to Company standards,. Ensures quality, freshness, selection and adequate quantity to meet customers demand. Complies with all food and workplace safety rules and regulations. Ensures safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of work area, cooler and equipment. Responsible for performing all jobs duties and responsibilities safely, accurately and with honesty and integrity. This person also needs to have good hygiene. Some orders are time sensitive person must have the ability's to work at a fast pace to get the job done.
This person will be working in a cooler at 50 degrees most of the time
